Sending you a few comments about the trip. Overall, it was great and we really enjoyed it but I'll add a few comments and they may be based on a few negatives but as I said overall it was really nice.

AIRLINE - One hour between flights when you need to go through Customs is cutting it too close. We made it but it was very tight and nerve racking!  There was not even close to enough time for a potty break! American Air was good but even on the long flight from Dallas to Cabo San Jose they only gave us pretzels--thought that was a little cheap. Other than that, all went well. We were delayed leaving from Dallas due to some passengers being boarded whose passports had expired! It is definitely true that you go through customs after claiming your bags upon first point of entry back in the U. S. Everyone should have a passport as that would make things simpler.

TRANSFERS - Transfers did concern me before the trip but they were perfect. When we got to Cabo and had our vouchers out and were looking for our company rep, they found us! They were extremely polite and their vans were good. Return transfers worked well as Go Go Travel had a rep at the hotel. They also called our room to remind us to be in the lobby the next morning at the time specified.

RESORT - It was simply gorgeous and the staff was good. Our first room had a poor view (after we told them we wanted a nice view) so after going back (as they told us to do if we were not satisfied) we got a good view. It was amazing seeing the ocean right next to the dessert. Rooms were clean and very pretty. The food was overall very good--they have a bad system of reservations for the next evening. You have to wait in line at 6:00 p.m. to make reservations for the next evening. Overall everyone there was unhappy with that system. Lots of nice folks there-met several from Canada. Pool area was gorgeous and no mosquitoes.

We did a city tour to Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose and we enjoyed that. We booked it at the hotel. With all the news on Arubia we decided not to do any walking to town or anything like that so the tour was well suited to our needs. 

Goawaytravel did a great job in getting our tickets, etc. to us really fast. I think I booked the trip with you about 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and I had the documents by 10:00 a.m. on Friday. That was really great.

We were very careful with drinking only the water at the hotel since it was bottled or purified to our understanding. We ate one meal away from the hotel (on the city tour that was prearranged). We even used bottled water to brush our teeth! Well, I got sick as soon as I got back. My daughter did not get sick so that was good. With that in mind I might consider the good ole U. S. or Canada if I do another trip. As much fun as we had it was discouraging to get sick!
