Your opinions are extremely important to us! In order to provide the quality vacations our clients have come to expect, we feel it is essential to understand your views on the various aspects of your vacation. Your feedback will be carefully reviewed to help us ensure that your next vacation will be even better!

The reviews are edited in accordance with our review guidelines. We will publish reviews that are helpful to our clients and potential clients. Good and bad reviews will be published as long as we deem that the review is fair and impartial. We also work closely with the resorts and tour operators and share these reviews with them so that they may continually improve their product.

Guidelines

• Please do not mention an employee by name in regards to a negative situation that you have encountered. (The resorts visit our site and this does not give the employee a means to defend themselves).
• Refrain from verbally attacking another reviewer. Reviews are opinions. We are all entitled to our own opinions.
• Please take a few minutes to read over your review and do a spell check before you send it in – we do not edit your reviews for spelling errors.
• Please do not focus on a negative event beyond what is required to get your point across to the reader. Extensive complaining may be perceived as someone that “will never be happy”. Try to mention the good with the bad in your overall review.
• Please refrain from comments that are racist, sexist, use obscene language or attack other nationalities.
• Please refrain from comments that describe illegal activities.
• Please refrain from threatening resorts with a bad review if you do not get what you want. This will diminish the integrity of our client reviews. Most likely it will result in your not receiving what you want from the resort as well.
• We retain all editorial rights in regards to client reviews. Inclusion will be at our discretion. Guidelines are subject to change.
