Your reservation must be fully paid at least 50 days prior to your departure date for land vacations and 70 days prior to your departure date for cruise vacations. (if departure date is less than 50 days away for land vacations or 70 days away for cruise vacations, full payment is due at the time of booking). |

Documents are sent to you 14-21 days prior to departure via U.S. Mail. (You must provide us with a delivery address). If travel documents are sent in the form of e-documents, they will be sent to your email address. If you do not have a valid email address, e-documents will be mailed.
