BioMy husband and I opened GoAwayTravel.com in July 1997 with a vision of an internet travel agency that could offer great pricing but also give top-notch personalized service so that each vacation was planned with the traveler's needs and wants in mind. My dedication has always been to customer service and to building a core client base through repeat clients and referrals. I have helped to develop most every aspect of GoAwayTravel.com from website content to special offers to referral programs and I bring in only the best and brightest agents to assist our valued clients.
I work very closely with our agents to make sure that the high level of customer service that GoAwayTravel.com is known for is being exhibited with each and every phone call and email. Through regular client contact and follow up, I am able to use client feedback to make continuous improvements in order to keep GoAwayTravel.com a step ahead of the competition.
My travels have taken me to Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay and Montego Bay in Jamaica and I've visited Nassau, Bahamas, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, St. Thomas, both sides of St. Martin/Sint Maarten, Puerto Rico and Roatan, Bay Islands as well as many destinations within the US and many of the cruise lines' private islands. I have cruised with NCL, Carnival and Disney. My favorite destination is St. Martin, though I don't get to visit as often as I'd like.
Although I handle the day to day operations of the company, I still enjoy working directly with clients as well. By remaining an active member of GoAwayTravel.com's Sales Team, I am able to stay in tune with the ever changing needs and wants of our valued clients and am able to do what I love most - helping people plan wonderful vacations that fit their needs and exceed their expectations!
