BioMy earliest travel memories date back to my first road trips... those wee hour departures in the (un-air conditioned) family car, the time filled with license plate games and 'are we there yet?' moments. Fast forward several years and countless pit stops later when, hooked by the idea of faster-paced air travel, I proudly earned my wings as a flight attendant. For me, this breathed new life into 'getting there is half the fun'. Much sooner than anticipated though, my 17-year career as a flight attendant came to an unexpected end.
I then discovered this amazing avenue for my passion to live on in this side of the travel industry, and joined the GoAwayTravel team. Being a travel agent has given me the opportunity to share my love of travel with others, drawing from my experience in the industry while at the same time understanding that, with open eyes, there really is something new to learn every day. My goal is to provide each and every client attention based on individual wants and needs, with a strong focus on customer service... and to always treat each vacation as if it were my own.
My travels have taken me to Mexico, Jamaica, Europe, Hawaii, and across the nation. Some of my fondest memories are of time spent with my husband and teenage son, and include our more recent trips to Cancun and Hawaii. I look forward to many more opportunities to make lasting memories, and to the opportunity to assist you in doing the same. Mark Twain may have said it best...
