I have always been excited about "what was over the mountain" - something my parents enticed me with as we moved quite often due to my father's work. As a result I have had a thirst for adventure, new people, and new places. My major in college, International Business, led me on a two and a half month tour of Europe which fueled my spirit for travel. After graduation I sought a degree in Travel/Tourism and has been happy ever since. I have had the opportunity to travel through Europe, to Russia, Finland, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean. I have been in the travel industry for 10+ years. My goal is to provide my clients with the "perfect vacation". I firmly believes that a satisfied client is a happy client and I want you to be my next!

I was recently put in contact with your company through tripology.com and I just wanted to send a follow up email stating how pleased I was with the interaction between myself and Brenda Troy, she was very quick to respond to all my questions, provided me with multiple options for travel dates and locations, did not try to sell me trips I had not requested information on, and was very helpful over the phone. In this day and age when customer service seems to have all been shipped overseas, all responses are fully automated, and responses in a 1-2 day window are deemed acceptable, Brenda was a welcome breath of fresh air. I hope the trip goes as well as the booking process!

As always, Brenda has been a delight to work with on this vacation. Through all the problems of flight cancellations and hotel closure due to swine flu she assisted us to assure that we would have a smooth trip.
