Breezes Panama

I visited the brand new Breezes Resort Panama March 2010. A truly wonderful experience! The Breezes resort is a 2 hour ride from the airport. The lobby is open airy, very welcoming and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful. I had a Standard King room with a French Balcony and a large walk in shower.

There is a 24 hour Lobby Bar, swim up pool bar, outdoor bar near the pool and disco. The bartender at the Lobby bar made excellent drinks! There is an Italian Restaurant that is very good, the Japanese restaurant had wonderful sushi! A snack bar near the pool area serves hamburgers, hot dogs nachos, fresh fruit and other snacks in the afternoon and is a steak restaurant in the evening. The buffet always offered a large selection of tasty choices.

The spa was a wonderful experience, very relaxing, I had a fantastic massage, and prices were very reasonable! The fitness center is large and offers many equipment choices. There is a very thoughtfully laid out children's activity area and a separate area for teens.

The beach was beautiful, very natural, you may see a private residence tucked away from the beach, but not a row of resorts. I was able to go on a Panama Canal Cruise /Tour, a wonderful experience! I also did an ATV tour in to the mountains, beautiful scenery and some awesome views.

You can drink the water in Panama! U.S. dollars are accepted, Spanish is the primary language, but most everyone I spoke with were fluent in English
