I thought this Sandals Resort was the nicest of the three in Montego Bay.  Even though it is spread out over 15 acres, it has a quaint feeling about it.  The lobby area is small and not as grandiose as many of the big all-inclusives.  There are 197 rooms and suites with 13 different categories.  They offer suite concierge service and butler service at this property.

The rooms have a variety of different views available and many of them are the "river" view.  The river-view rooms are really a pool view room because the "river" is a pool that runs through some of the property.  My favorite room was the Royal Honeymoon swim-up with private entrance.  This was a one-bedroom suite and the pool came all the way up to the steps of the patio of the room.  They had private steps into the pool and private loungers on the patio.  All of the rooms were well appointed with a king size bed, extra large amenity kit, hair dryer, phone, safety deposit box, clock radio, cable t.v., tea and coffee maker, and an iron and board.

There are many different dining options at the property:  3 breakfast restaurants, 2 lunch restaurants, and 5 dinner restaurants.  24 hour rooms service is available for all Suite Concierge level guests.  They also offer 5 bars and 1 beach grill.  Guests also have the option to dine or visit the other Sandals resorts in Montego Bay via the free shuttle service offered.

There are 7 pools (2 swim-up bars) , 5 whirlpools, and 2 saunas which are located in the fitness center.

There is nightly entertainment with a different theme each night.

They offer a variety of landsports including: basketball, Boccie ball, cards, horseshoes, outdoor backgammon, volleyball, table tennis, darts, croquet and cricket.  If you are looking for watersports they offer: aqua-trikes, glass bottom boats, snorkeling, Hobie cats, windsurfing, kayaking and sail boating.  Scuba diving is offered at an additional charge.

One of the unique things about the property is that have a private offshore island.  It offers a small pool, a beach bar and one of the dinner restaurants (Authentic Thai).  This is also where the nude beach is available.  I was not overly impressed with island and don't know that it is a huge selling point.

The beach areas on this property were small, but there were many of them.  This gives another quaint feeling, but if your clients are looking for a great beach property I don't think this it.
